First cuppa brewing.

Finished my first tea and biscuits of the day. The sun is shining brightly, but the forecast for this morning is for rain from about 10am, which is unfortunate since I will be leading a walking group from about 10.30....

Should be home by lunchtime, and this afternoon will be devoted to bass guitar practice, so as not to be hopelessly out of my depth on Sunday afternoon, playing bass at a jam session, as our regular bassist is on hols.....

Flashing purple light on the router this morning. Thankfully switch it off, leave for a while and switch it back on restored normality. Ernie has given me £50.

Good morning from a mostly sunny and currently dry Suffolk. I think the five days of travel, eating, drinking and music finally caught up with me as there was the unexpected snooze in the afternoon and then an extended good night's sleep last night.

Coffee has been had and a bit of cupboard staring has been done while trying to decide whether to do a full shop or just get some rolls to go with soup for tea later. As long as it stays dry, I'm planning on going out on the bike for at least a couple of hours to get some fresh air & exercise. Domestics can wait until it's wet.
