'Good' morning from a thoroughly wet, dull & miserable Suffolk. Coffee has been had while watching the rain fall.

Eye test later this morning which will doubtless cost me a new pair of driving glasses and while I'm in town I may pop into the Gas Shop and see about booking a boiler service ahead of winter.

Diabetic review all done and the nice nurse took my bloods without feeling a thing. BP is raised told to not eat salted crisps, oh well.

I had that from a nurse once, cut down on Crisps and fizzy pop I told her that would be difficult as I don't consume either, my parting comment after this pearl of wisdom was "I'm not fecking 14 anymore".
