Good morning from Suffolk where the sun keeps threatening to break through the cloud layer. Another good night's sleep has been had and that has been followed by a strong coffee to kick start the day.

It looks to be staying dry and it's not too breezy, so I'm going to stick a bike into the boot of the car and head off to Cambridge for a little ride around.

Samsung keep advertising something called Easology which sounds like it fits the bill. Don’t know any more about it

Took my Brompton in to my Co-operative LBS for conversion to a six speed and outside they have a large number of bikes of varying description which have been donated for refurb & resale.
My eye was caught by a Raleigh 'Kelloggs Pro Tour' number; white frame, Reynolds 501, five speed freewheel & two speed chainwheel, friction shifters.
I was tempted, but a lot of work would be needed to restore to it's former glory and being honest, it wouldn't do anything more for me than my 1981 Dawes Fox does and I'm too practical to take the plunge - !

Went into an excellent recycling shop today; does allsorts of environmentally friendly stuff and 'bring your own container' type goodies.
They obviously have decided to err on caution and allow for stupid people, as all the all the containers that hold nuts in their natural state are clearly labelled 'Allergies - Nuts' - !

I've had mother and daughter also mother and son but with one difference in that the daughter and son were born with me there. The rest of the litter both times went to friends but I kept one from each.
