First day of the working week completed, and it was just as tedious as usual.

My back seems to be a good bit better today. I ventured out for a walk after work but worried I overdid it, as it was starting to hurt towards the end.

I was also trying to buy a new head for my brush. Why does nobody seem to sell them separately anymore? Only seem to be available with new shaft, which I don't need.

Trigger was lucky to be able to get the spare parts he needed to maintain his!

Soon be time for bed, I think.

Pre work ride has been travelled mainly on cycle paths as roads are busy.

Apparently a 'parpen' is a smooth stone passing through two sides of a wall (yes, a new one on me as well).

Why would you need a protractor for that?

And don't get me started on 'shencil' or 'parpener' - I ended up down a Reddit rabbithole I'm not sure I can appropriately extricate myself from

MrsF has mentioned why don't I go bike packing a bit more, and a few months ago mentioned I'd like a new bike for that. Happened to mention it last night, bad mistake. She was like' well I bet you've already got one'. I said, I was considering a "bike to work" one.

Given she's been to Croatia, Scotland, Anglesey and now Iceland on swimming holidays, I don't think a bike is that expensive... and the fact that I am the only earner in the house ?
