It's been a good few days for me,
The old car passed its MOT on Friday with no advisories (phew)
The sun made an unusual appearance over the weekend with spring like temps resulting in me giving the lawn a quick going over with the mower ( nothing like the smell of cut grass)
And on Sunday I went for a nice Sunday drive through the Welsh countryside with the top down in the iron chariot looking like a complete burk no doubt, but never the less it felt nice

The fire has been banked early (not that I had it going at more than a low burn), and I am sat tucked up in bed with the laptop. My right leg was not happy earlier while sat in a chair. This is more comfy.

And now it's time for me to head off to bed proper via a nice hot bath.

Morning.
It is grey but dry here. It might have brightened up a teeny bit.
I had my hearing aids turned up a bit yesterday. I had my hearing tested and both ears have gone down but my right ear has gone down more. No wonderI couldn't tell what the music was in the quiz we went to on Sunday was.

I've eventually managed to get round to changing my broadband supplier. It was the 6 months free that got me going but I thought if the broadband's free I can treat myself to their TV package for the football. We'll see how it goes.

Nice morning walk round the block, found the bigger Tesco's so called in for a few bits so less to do later. Came back and the apartment was way too warm, luckily it’s got a balcony with floor to ceiling French widows. So now have some lovely fresh air coming though.

Two whole days off work, and it is windy and rain again.

I had originally planned a wee cycling break for this long weekend, but I cancelled the accommodation at the last minute as the weather forecast is horrible, and even worse in the midlands where I'd have been going.

Still, at least I don't have to work. Time for a leisurely breakfast.

What is this thing "work" that you mention?
I can recommend a leisurely breakfast but no recent experience of this work.
