Lovely supper of pumpkin wellington, clapshot and savoy cabbage.

Arsenal won away at Brighton, so happy.

Currently nibbling away at a homemade granola bar. They're really nice. Texture is softer than the bought ones, but I suspect they'll firm up some with keeping. Will definitely make again. (it's an Ainsley Herriot recipe btw)

On my Kintyre tour last year, I got talking to guy who works on a fishing boat, but doesn't eat fish as he's always hated it! Maybe in the wrong job...

The working week has really dragged this week. It's only Wednesday but it feels it should be Friday. It's been reasonably peaceful at work though as my manager is off sick.

Not long back from my dance class. It's surprisingly mild out. It would have been a nice night for a bike ride.

I've booked myself a ticket to see Swan Lake tomorrow night.

Today has been spent under a blanket of misty cold greyness. I could have done today's shopping in one go if I'd used the ebike & panniers, but just to fill out the day I did it in 3 x 11 mile loops into Felixstowe - 1 loop per shop and a custard doughnut after each loop (had to do the Morrisons shop first to get the doughnuts).

Nothing else whatsoever has been done.

The evening's hot chocolate has been had.

Planned to go to Speke Hall today for Mrs O’s birthday.

Spent three hours driving from j14 to j15 of M6 and then changed our minds. Went to Trentham Gardens for lunch and went home again 🙄😕

Haven't seen that one in a while. The radio was playing the Introduction and March from Sleeping Beauty on my way to the garage this afternoon. Been a while since I saw that one as well. I may get to see Copellia later this year, though.
