Lovely supper of pumpkin wellington, clapshot and savoy cabbage.

Arsenal won away at Brighton, so happy.

Currently nibbling away at a homemade granola bar. They're really nice. Texture is softer than the bought ones, but I suspect they'll firm up some with keeping. Will definitely make again. (it's an Ainsley Herriot recipe btw)

Is there any reason why a fisherman can't make a mince meat pie?

On my Kintyre tour last year, I got talking to guy who works on a fishing boat, but doesn't eat fish as he's always hated it! Maybe in the wrong job...

The working week has really dragged this week. It's only Wednesday but it feels it should be Friday. It's been reasonably peaceful at work though as my manager is off sick.

Not long back from my dance class. It's surprisingly mild out. It would have been a nice night for a bike ride.

I've booked myself a ticket to see Swan Lake tomorrow night.
