A very quiet evening has been had with my feet up and the football on in the background. A late hot chocolate is about to be had and then more feet up time.
No luck with getting a physio appt anywhere around here. But I've been getting some decent exercise, and have noticed that I am regaining both strength and flexibility. There is a hormonal component to the issue as well (ain't the perimenopause a joy!), so may consider HRT as a solution.
Look for a sports physio. Locally, around here, they take you through exercises and send you away with a regime to work to.
Then make follow up appointments to check progress.
