Good morning. Sun rising over the Black Forest but we're short staffed so I didn't get time to take a picture.

In other news I ordered a new pair of glasses yesterday which involved a certain amount of "Ouch" on the wallet but after several years on income support I'm just grateful that it's merely "Ouch" but still doable now I'm working again..

I managed to get my walk in between showers. A lot of cars at the cathedral, presumably for Ash Wednesday.

I'm now down to 13 st. 10lb.

I was over 16 stone about this time last year after being laid up for a few months and too much comfort eating.

I just need to grow another three inches and I'll be my ideal weight!

I have the same problem, I'm too short for my weight.

Me too. I'm trying hard to lose it, but being a post menopausal aging woman seems to make it so much more difficult that it used to be. Strange how weight seems to go on so much easier than come off again!

One of these numbers might change soon as I've just printed out a recipe for Chocolate Fudge Cake 😉

Parliament has for many decades had the power to fix easter they just need to grow a pair and use it.
What's seen as the most important synod meeting in the history of the church. Which set the date of easter was chaired by Abbess Hild at Whitby Abbey in 664. Which makes the church look even more odd seeing how it gets in right mess over women.

Not really parliament's job.
