Ok
Had a lovely luncheon of a sandwich with coronation chicken, plus an apple, an orange and two :cuppa:

Gutted that Ronnie is out of the snooker. He just didn't have any luck this afternoon, but all credit to Luca Brecel, he played as good as I've ever seen him play.

Got a good chunk of writing done as well. That research piece is done bar the last handful of paragraphs, then all that's left is to tidy up the references, hunt for the ones that I know I have but can't quite put my hands on, create a graphic with the timeline of events and drop all the photos in.

Have just had a :cuppa: and a Portuguese custard tart. Shared the latter with the girls, as they are very fond of the filling.

Pasta de nata Taste even better when you buy and consume them in Portugal 😋😋😋

At work. It's sunny but clouds are gathering. I just hope it stays dry for this afternoon when I have to ride to an appointment.

It did. Not a bad potential commute, but it's in the wrong direction.

Been a really nice day with sunshine and light wind tho' still very cold.
Got out on trike with not too much traffic to bother me.
Stopped to do some seat adjustments and one of my ex outworkers appeared testing a new Swytch e assist she had fitted to her bike. Very pleased with it and we had a long chat by the roadside as she got psyched up for a really steep hill. She passed me later and shouted over that she had got up no bother.
One problem I can see with the Kettwiessel Evo Steps is that using the switches wearing thick gloves would be a major problem so if I survive till next winter I will have to try thinner gloves tho' I do suffer in cold weather with very cold and painful fingers. Auto is no use as it always puts me in a higher gear than I prefer so manual changing is essential.
The gardening I did yesterday seems to have badly affected my back as I felt it at the time I was working but thought it would go away. Sadly it has got worse and paracetamol does help but I need to check to see if the cocktail of meds I am on permits that.

I have zoom back problems .A hangover from a prolapsed disc I had regular treatment from an Osteopath Can’t afford that now.

I find stretching helps .If I’m doing anything strenuous I usually take a Cuprofen tablet or use the Ibuprofen gel However these may not be appropriate with your current medication regimen

Hope you soon feel better As an afterthought I usually if doing anything strenuous such as gardening
I do an hour then go and have a cuppa. Downside is I don’t half get through the tea bags

I do have spinal stenosis but don’t think it has anything go do with the current problem. Never thought of one of the gels and I think they would be ok with any medication.
Thank for the suggestion and I do have something of the sort lying around somewhere.
