Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Maybe they got "caught short"!

Maybe. I'm just doing a final check for the night before exam closing time tomorrow, when I'll be online for a couple of hours. Given it's almost 14 hours of the 24 into the exam there's still four who've not logged in and accessed the paper. One I know is ill and won't be submitting, but as for the other three it's their decision to miss it and miss their graduation ...

Morning.
It is milky sunshine here this morning .
I have got to take our Kia Venga for its MOT this morning . I have put my bike in the back so that if they find anything wrong they can fix it .
Yesterday I went out with my friends for a ride . It was pretty fast . Our new rider friend set the pace, 15 mph. One of our other friends would have been left a mile behind .

At our Men's Shed Archery Taster yesterday we had a bit of a competition . I won a silver medal !

On other news, we decided to dust off the inflatable hot tub now the weather has warmed up. The motor has been inside over winter to dry.

Anyway, it took 40 KWh to heat the water - nearly £13 . Once at temperature the heating element stays off for 2 hours, then comes on for about 30 minutes, so about £4 a day to keep at temperature - yikes - the delight of a smart plug ! We've not done this (i.e. left running) since the shooting electric prices, so we usually turn off the heating, letting the tub cool until we decide to use it, which means the cost of a single use is about £5 once a week.

No wonder they are being sold off in DIY/supermarkets, they are ruinously expensive to run.

Anyway, slept like a log last night after 30 minutes of being stewed at 39c !
