I used to live on the edge of town surrounded mostly by open fields. Now it is all houses and more going up. I used to hear a cuckoo about now but their habitat has gone.
Dryish day but overcast. Got out for a trike run but far too much traffic. Did not bother me too much as I stopped to look around quite often and was not in a rush.
Experimented with the loading ramps and got them to a length where I can push the trike in with one hand and steer with the other. Bolted them to length so less faff.
Back to town an enormous cruise boat is in. The main benefit is fees for the Harbour Authority.
On the beach spied what looked like my old Westerly in to get her bottom scrubbed ( no sniggering).
A local artist did a painting some years ago and I bought a print showing her waiting on low tide.
Not sure what the white square is but probably a reflection.
