Lucky I look to be worse than Mrs 73 good job too yesterday she was concerned I was running a temp well on the way to 40.
Regular meds and her making me freeze in a cold house sat in shirtsleeves. Finally got it back down to normal at least my sats stayed high.
Have to see what today brings.

Dry and no wind but often the weather changes by mid morning so too soon to decide whether to go triking or shopping.
Shopping can wait till tomorrow as I could not get a booking for an early boat so next question is where to go with the trike. So many options here.
I assumed son is taking his bike to Taiwan as he is taking a fancy bike case. In fact he is bringing his Taiwan bike back here next home leave to continue training for a triathlon in Taiwan and then taking it back with him for the event.
I thought he went there to work. Some local cyclists follow him on Strava as they tell me where he has been.

My foot is much improved with copious anti-inflammatory drugs. Managed to walk into the office a couple of miles after being droped off. More walking later. Out for a mucical/dance thingy - Peaky Blinders at The Lowry.

Surely everyone times the rotational speed of the glass plate inside their microwave? I know that if I put my cup in the microwave it will do one full rotation per 15 seconds. Where it gets really exciting is when you don't want a multiple of 15 seconds, I can put my cup in the microwave having calculated the correct displacement. Of course, because of the type of motor used in microwaves they can rotate in either direction on a random basis, so I think " do you feel lucky punk " as I press the start button...

That was a cold start to the day - had to take it easy getting to the main road as, thanks to yesterday evening's rain, there was a thin sheet of ice on my street. Other than that, it's a lovely sunny morning and the first cuppa of the day went down well. You know it's going to be a quiet day at work when the discussion turns to favourite crisps and whether a Pringle can be classified as a crisp or a potato based snack at 08:30.

That was my exact thought when I saw that description on a watch forum... Mind bleach time, I do believe.

And in my case, lots of scrubbing with a brush and toothpaste. It's brilliant for getting stubborn muck off. Could do with some polywatch for the Zitura's crystal though, as it's a bit scratched.

Zitura, sounds like a planet from Babylon 5.

Mine takes 11 seconds.. Simples, you say!! The calculation that mystifies me is that if I stop it for a stir, it then rotates t'other way!!

We need a Fengineer to work out the angle of handle to door for an accurate calculation.. @Reynard

Ah, but it doesn't always rotate the other way, sometimes it will rotate in the same direction several times.
