I thought disaster was following me today as when I went out to my car I got a low pressure tyre warning. This is not a new problem and seems to be a seepage at the rim and the local garage does not want to touch it. They simply recommend keeping an eye on pressure and topping up as required. It so far does about 6 or 8 weeks without problems and it was about due anyway.
Got a nice run out on my new to me trike for a decent testing run at hill climbing. Out to Glengorm where there is a long mostly steep hill which took a bit of work to get up even with motor assist. I used to do it as part of a circuit on my MB and it was hard work but I had lower gears I think and I was much younger and fitter.
Stopped by the bin lorry on a tea break and got my photo taken by the driver who is in fact an accomplished photographer. He publishes an annual calendar which is sold for charity. The background was not good but I could hardly ask them to move to a better spot.
The view as far as Canna was pretty clear but the Outer Hebs only showed as a very faint outline.

Had a lovely luncheon of cheese & pepperoni on toast, a pear, a Lane Late orange, some sliced avocado and two :cuppa:

Made a bit pot of sweet potato, red lentil & coconut soup, and then whiled away the rest of the afternoon yacking with my friend Linda over a pot of tea and a packet of chocolate biskits.

I had better do some writing this evening to make up for the time that went down the can earlier.

Now settling back to watch the 6 o'clock news on BBC1.

Just took delivery of this (at work unfortunately):

My friend has two new sheep. Well, lambs.

Still looking for names.
