[Gravity Aided]

I am currently trying to get some of Josie Dew's books from our local library but any they had have probably been pulped. They are very keen on rubbish "popular" fiction but not too keen on anything I would want to read. I have read both her Japan books before but some time ago and they can stand rereading.

I will take a look around, see if I find any I had at one time. I think it was about America, though.

It is grey and it's tipping down here ! The puddles had dried out yesterday but are now full up again . I was hoping to do some tinkering outside but that idea has been knocked on the head .

A bleary eyed glance out of the window and it looks like it has rained overnight, can't decide if it's still raining now

I was thinking of taking my grandson swimming today but it seems like you can't just turn up for a session, get changed & jump into the water.
Now you have to log in, sign up, only book one person at a time per account (unless you share email /password etc) and book in advance..

Life used to be so easy! 😔

Why not just go down to the Nene and do some fresh water swimming.......

But joking apart you are right certain things have been made to hard to do and the council or company running the facility complain about how quiet the place is.
