had a shoulder injury February 2022, bike crash on ice. did a lot of rest, rehab & weight training & recovered during the 12 months that followed. but the lingering issue, is lying on that side, in bed. wish you well

Thanks @rockyroller :hugs:

I think I've just strained it working with the telescopic loppers, but the other issue is that one of the symptoms of perimenopause is joint pain. So yeah, this girl is a bit creaky generally...

No idea how that tat got attached to my picture and cannot see how to get rid of it just now. Whole thing got a bit mixed up when I took a photo of the photo hanging on the wall behind me if that makes sense.

I have this mental image of @Reynard as a sort of Miss Marple/ Clint Eastwood hybrid, relentlessly piecing together all the evidence and using a combination of sleuthing and inspiration to solve the Stock Car mystery 🤔

More like a harassed academic in danger of being avalanched by stacks of books, magazines and newspaper clippings.

With the assistance of her cats!

That's pretty well much a given.

Actually, I had a good long chat with that stock car historian yesterday evening, and it turns out that I know far more on the matter in hand than he does. Oooops...

However, he knows a couple of guys who kept detailed stats BITD, so hopefully (as I gave him the dates of some specific race meetings I need entry lists / results for), I should get some answers there.

I fell over in the street today. Not sure I tripped on anything but one minute upright the next blam, floor. Bruises in a couple of places and my shoulder is telling me it doesn't appreciate meeting the ground at speed.

Ouch Take care .

Turned out a nice sunny day again but a bit windy.
Got out on the trike for a run but too much traffic for comfort. Constant use of passing places and bits of off road when oncoming cars do not know what a passing place is for. Too many touroid and I notice the double decker bus is on the Craignure run now for the rest of the season probably. There is a longer one on the Fionnphort run for Iona. There are some very tight corners down there but they seem to manage somehow.
The trike seat is not very comfortable so tilted the back to near the maximum which feels better but not tried out for any distance yet.
Did a bit of light gardening and then sat in my sheltered sunny spot where I fell asleep for a while. I am not happy with falling asleep during the day as I feel terrible when I waken and it takes ages getting back to as near working order as it is ever going to get.
