don't mind seeing this in my clean, new, used car, because it means I was having some fun

I just got back from the coast but all I have on the floor is crumbs from a couple of vegan sausage rolls. (Impossible to find seafood at Seaford, it appears.)

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
I've just dropped a tin of blue enamel paint; I was touching up some stone chips from yesterday's tough 300km audax and dropped a little Humbrol tin onto a wheel and the rug we have in the conservatory/workshop. Cleaned up what I could but the blue diamond is a bit bluer and the orange one is now bluey. I'm probably more tired than I realise after a 3.30am start yesterday and not getting back until 3am this morning.

Cycling 0; Birding 2

I'm enjoying spring in the Fens this month, but haven' t managed to get out cycling yet! Nevertheless, there have been some very enjoyable birding moments out amongst the reedbeds and the Wash, two of which I'm sharing below. (Bearded tit & Avocets). Back to the tropics soon!

My local community garden does foraging courses so I will book one. Meant to look for one ages ago but got distracted with other things like you do.

The small cruise liner which was here left last night and was last seen making it’s way slowly down the Sound presumably to watch the sunset.
Another one has now appeared tho’ it could be the same one back again but I cannot see it properly as trees obscure it.
I was down on Main street before 0900 and a lot were wandering around all wearing red jackets which they must be issued with and a large group had gathered round a local historical society member lecturing them.
My reason for being out was to refresh the flowers on my wife’s grave as earthworks being done block visits on weekdays. Very cold wind and still overcast.

Before the cruise boats Mull was a lovely place to visit.
You found a mooring and pumped up the dinghy and rowed ashore.
Did the pubs and rowed back. Taking care not to fall in when effecting the transfer back to the boat.
Is the Chinese still there? Or has it been yuppified into some eating experience venue?

Then they built the pontoons and so on.
Bunesan became a much nicer place to hide. No obvious pub or chippie.
I promise not to bring my campervan but I might park and come on my bike.
