Yo
I have now! 🫅

I will publicly award myself the 'Dumbo of the Day' gong. 🥇

Maybe the late night I had last night. ❓

My gong award is especially apt as it seems like a lot of people have bedecked themselves with sashes, big metal thingies and other assorted gongs down in London today; so I am now one of the elitist gang too. Result!

U May have given me an excuse for a 3d printer.

Did you have money on it?

Don't be silly, it'd get damp when the kettle boiled.

I boughtsome new under crackers on Thursday. Tried them on today
I don't like them, far too snug.

13 years ago I'd popped over to Durban for a long weekend and discovered that the local Woolworths to my B+B was a very posh clone of M&S, I bought a two pack of undercrackers on a whim as they were marked as being manufactured in SA. They're still going strong, exceptionally well made.

For the first time in my life ever, I called 999 today.
I was driving along the A146 by J39 this evening when I noticed a car that'd just gone off the carriageway, down a steep embankment into a ditch. The lights & hazards were still on but I couldn't see anyone around. I had nowhere safe to stop as the weather was diabolical and the road half flooded. I pulled into the next layby and reported it to the police in case someone was injured.

A right soggy day here chez Casa Reynard.

Anyways, watched the Coronation and then the Formula E from Monaco. Madam Lexi was peeved that I wouldn't let her out, but I flead the girls last night, and getting wet would wash out most of the spot-on. So in the end she got the message, and we spent much of the day in front of the telly.

Didn't actually feel that good early doors thanks to lady issues. So it was full on paracetamol, hot water bottle and a bar of medicinal chocolate.

Did feel better in the evening, so tootled off to Tesco for final reductions. A mixed bag tonight - stewing beef, beef mince, venison burgers, sausages, some breaded haddock, cooked chicken, two "pizza express" garlic & mozzarella flatbreads, a job lot of new potatoes, some button mushrooms, green beans, a box of tea, six packets of shortbread fingers (discontinued, new packs have two biscuits less in them for the same price), a dented can of baked beans, a wholemeal bread and ten pastries from the bakery.

Now sat back watching MOTD.
