I've got a shift on with all my marking of student work, so much so that I have only one assignment left to mark before the end of June. Hopefully, unless someone else doesn't get theirs done and I have to help out.

Now ... do I put it off, or just get the last one done? Edited: Just finished.

And ... should I keep shtum that I'm finished? There are other things I do as well though.

In the meantime I'm off to tidy the parts shed as a shelf collapsed last week and there's little bits everywhere.

Oh, and our heating is currently on permanently. On full heat and won't switch off. If anyone wants a free sauna I've a house that feels like one :heat:

Someone's coming round to "have a look" later this morning.

Good morning all from bright and (yet again) breezy Suffolk.

Up and about way too early after a late night thanks to a very sweary attack of cramp in my right calf and then a brain that refused to switch off and let me go back to sleep. I should be heading out in about an hour, but breakfast and coffee number 2 are needed first.

Thick cloud but no wind.
Considering taking trike out but considering it is a holiday weekend the single track roads will be mobbed and the short bit of double width a bit dodgy due to speeding. I am not so sure it is a good idea.
Road rage increasing as slow driving touroid do not use the passing places to let following traffic past. One of my hates but many other locals are also getting a bit annoyed to put it mildly.
I drove to Craignure last week 21 miles each way to get a covid vaccination. This week so many did not go that they are having a clinic locally. Now they tell me.
Morning boat is late again as the toilets are blocked again.

I somehow managed to breathe a granule of washing powder into my nose as I transferred the stuff from its big box into a handier container. This provoked a major sneezing event. My nostril is now very clean.
Yes officer,it went like this.I had a box of washing powder in the front room.Yes on a glass table, yes just at the same time I had my debit card out.It seems while flashing the card like a sword,I split the washing powder in to four straight lines.I could not believe it ,so I knelt down to get a closer look.It was then the granule of powder went up my nose.I know officer it's amazing, what did you say mind my head as I get in the nice police car.

Keep stumm. Never look for work. You'll become a work 🧲
