doesn't sound so bad when you write it. I guess it's all in the tone, with which it is expressedmy tree hugging hippy
It's not the time length that got me, more the way in which the appointment was eventually made.Seems about right currently.
I was referred as "urgent" by my GP in September 2021, transferred to a private provider in January 2022, received a letter from the private provider in June 2022 and only seen in January this year for an initial consultation.
Still, I won £4 on the Euro lottery (shared between 5 of us 😂)
Don't let it change your life.
Yes officer,it went like this.I had a box of washing powder in the front room.Yes on a glass table, yes just at the same time I had my debit card out.It seems while flashing the card like a sword,I split the washing powder in to four straight lines.I could not believe it ,so I knelt down to get a closer look.It was then the granule of powder went up my nose.I know officer it's amazing, what did you say mind my head as I get in the nice police car.

GP to hospital, central appointment centre contacting me, by letter, for me to make the appointment over the phone. To be told they couldn't as the hospital have their own system.
Letter from the hospital saying they'll be in touch with the appointment details. Then the text message, from the hospital, for me to make the appointment, having to phone the general switchboard*, to get through to appointments, to make the appointment. Only to be told the appointment has been made, and the letter is in the post.
And then they wonder why people miss appointments.
*The general switchboard/appointments and the hospital aren't in the same town.
