Slept well, and have had a lazy morning. I have, however, watered the triffids and washed my hair. Just going to have a spot of luncheon in a bit, then settle down to watch the Grand Prix.

Lovely luncheon of two slices of wholemeal toast, one with sausage & mustard, one with cheddar & apricot chutney, plus an orange, a flat peach and two

Good morning from a cloudy but warm Suffolk. Still no proper rain apart from a very brief heavy shower late last night. As much as I'd like to have a day sat in front of the TV watching various motor sports, I need to head up to Ipswich to pick something up for my nephew's birthday. After breakfast and another coffee obviously.

Lovely peaceful and relaxing day out visiting Kirkham Priory we've past it many times always meaning to call in.
Free for as we are English Heritage members on the way out we did buy a few things in the shop but we do get discount.
