I would always do wedges (not sure I've ever seen a framed door which doesn't wedge the tenons). They turn the joint into a dovetail. The doors are 2mm oversize, so the markings will all be planed away in the final fit.

Today's 73 plate truck, collected from the nearby garage as it'd been serviced (you know this as the steering wheel is greasy) has 117653 kilometres on the odometer and was supposed to take me to Sittingbourne but the trailer was not roadworthy so, instead, plan B saw me off to Fakenham.
