I took my bike with me to try it in the boot for size before buying my car!

Probably should have done that
actually the boot is quite a bit bigger then the old car so it'll be fine

thing it trying to get it in in public as it is an ebike so a bit heavier than a "proper" bike
with the last one I needed to hold it exactly right and lift and move forward the right way

which inevitably goes wrong when I am imagining all the mechanics at the garage are watching!!

Food & drink have been had, a shower and possibly a quick snooze next then I'll be set for a couple of hours of loud music and more 🍺

I forgot that I'd treated myself to the 'plus' room (a whole £5 more) which comes with a few extras as well as being on the top floor for added quietness. As a result I've just had a posh coffee and a Kit Kat with Galaxy hot chocolate to come later. Other bits have been put in the overnight bag for Friday's return trip.

Just tried a bit of tandem Kayaking. God we were crap. Just kept suddenly turning the wrong way. I'm sure it was MrsF...

I don't think the Kayak tracks anywhere near as straight as the paddleboard. Might need some solo practice.

Serviced both wheel hubs. I’d left rear too long and drive side cone was pitted. But sourced a smooth replacement from an old wheel. Nice new shiny ball bearings and now spinning as good as or better than new.
