The Wrath of Khan is probably the best of all the Star Trek films. Although Generations and First Contact run it close.

TMP and Nemesis were by far the weakest of the ten.

Today, well technically yesterday. I cleaned the water feature, reset the timer and the day of the week.
Now runs at sensible, daylight hours. The starlings and sparrows are very happy to have a clean bath and shower.

Then I fixed the new TV on the camper and resolved the problem with the rear view camera.

I went out for a ride with my friends yesterday. I did 17 miles. It has been a bit awkward recently with all the medical tests I have been having. They have left me with a bit of a problem. We have a meeting with an Oncologist next week to discuss the findings. From what we have read it seems as though the prostate cancer is active in the prostate but not aggressively so by the way the PSA numbers are rising. What I have been offered is hormone treatment. This would have been fine if it wasn't for the other things which the tests revealed. As well as giving me boobs and hot flushes, hormones increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Calcified arteries were spotted in the test which can increase the risk of heart attacks. I have had 2 in the past and a T I A. It could be the reason why in our previous meetings the Oncologist has been reluctant to start me off on them straight away. We wondered what the delay was.

Good morning from Suffolk where the sunshine is back. Mind you it wasn't half chilly last night.

Coffee has been had and the overnight bag has been sorted and is by the door ready for when I need to leave to catch the train in about an hour's time. A fairly busy travel period is ahead in the next week and a bit - away today, back Saturday, BTCC at Snetterton on Sunday, away again on Wednesday, back on Thursday and then away again the next Sunday and back Monday.

Waiting for Amazon to deliver cable to replace broken one in the rear view system. Had to check 20m of 5 core cable that I'd hidden so carefully.

I had some good news today for a change.

Despite my health issues this year, my school have said that my contract will be renewed for the next three years.
