Good morning from a now bright & blustery Suffolk after overnight wetness. Coffee has been had and, once I've had breakfast and then made a flask of coffee & a bottle of squash, I'm off just over the border to Norfolk for the day.

Back home with 42 miles under the tyres.
Overcast but some blue bits and dry even though it rained during the night for a while.
First cuppa brewing and garden bird feeders have been topped up.

Sunny but gusty. Car to Morrisons for a plastic washing bowl to make a squirrel baffel out of, caught one of the american invaders this morning feeding on the sunflower hearts.
Thence to Sainsbury's for more cheaper freefrom whilst the offer remains
Did see one cyclist on the return albeit holding onto a railing and a for sale sign post snapped in half.
