I did that ride after recovering from viral pneumonia. I was a lot younger , lighter and fitter then.

I went out for a ride with a couple of friends yesterday. We stopped to look at the thatched cottage which had a fire the other day. It was a mess. The house looks like it was 2 houses originally, the roof had completely gone. The cause of the fire was posted on the net. Someone had a bonfire which set light to a hedge and the embers must have blown onto the roof and set it alight. 10 fire engines turned up to put the fire out.

I'm being evicted on Sunday as the missus has friends over for lunch and says I'm not invited. Bike pub crawl round Bristol mefinks!

Morning all, another night with that wet stuff falling from the sky, pond it nicely filling up at least.
Got Friday booked off work so going to plan a ride.
First cuppa has been constructed from the ingredients required, and now being consumed

Good morning from an overcast Suffolk. Looks like the plans for this morning have been put back due to an operator error - guess who forgot to set the alarm clock last night and then had another good night's sleep. It was going to be a train out, ride home (to beat the rain) for a change, but I'll try again on Friday when the weather looks to be slightly better.

Coffee has only just been had, breakfast will follow eventually and then I'll see what the day brings.

Early morning trip to the north-east so I could drop off a bicycle and the buyer's got a gorgeous vintage Harley.

The early start hasn't meshed well with the neighbour's third late night party in a row.
