Worth bearing in mind the fixing of the runners to the drawing unit, both the drawer itself and the main carcass. As a rule we use threaded inserts and machine screws (c/sunk) as normal wood screws can work loose if / when a drawer is over loaded and used alot.
Also runner design, undermount are good rather than just side mounting.
Apologies if you're already aware, as a technical designers it's one of the many things I've learned over the years.
Now fitted the runners and they make a huge difference. These are side mount but about 4cm tall - much better than the previous runners which have bent where the little roller sits. The drawers aren't used a lot, just seem to have a lot of heavy stuff in !
