Another walk has been walked, mainly so the dogs can unload.. 👍

After this afternoon's food and drink I could have done with being walked for the same reason

Half an hour's snooze was had after a shower at the hotel which was much needed. My room seems to be a phone signal dead spot and I refuse to pay for hotel Wi-fi so I'm catching up outside the venue with a drink while awaiting the support.

just ordered some roof bars for the courtesy car as the ones i have for the corrolla dont fit , it was a right job finding the right sort at a good price that will come in time as i only need them once hopefully then i will probably keep them as a set in case i get another car that needs that design .

Picked up 2 x sacks of b&m cheapest bird seed at £6.49 ea just before they closed.

Also did some much needed weeding around the base of the hydranga bush

I'm going to have fun. The cables should be internally routed on my Planet x frame but they are not in there. Onr of the entry and exit holes is 1/16 in diameter.

Day three of the working week completed. I think this work thing is over-rated. All the noisy people seemed to be in the office today 😞 Pity the government will have probably put the retirement age up to 106 by the time I get to retire.

Another twenty miles cycled after work on the single speed. I seem to have found the cycling motivation that has been largely missing for the past year or so.

Boyracer numbers = n - 1. On my ride tonight, there was a bodykit-adorned Focus lying upside down in a field and a big hole in the hedge. I bet the hedge wasn't wearing hi-vis or a helmet.

Spent the evening in a lovely web chat with Nick Wirth.

Supper consisted of the leftover breaded haddock from the other night (very fine cold, might I add), fried potatoes, greek salad and coleslaw, plus the last of the plum crumble & custard for afters.

It is now time to medicate a cat.

Seaside rides make a nice change I enjoyed mine a few weeks ago up in North Wales
