Sunny morning. Had a spell of rain early evening yesterday after which the car got used to stock up on J2Os. Asda was the source and 12 cans acquired for less than the price of 10 bottles, which also offset the 25ml smaller size of the cans.
Washer to go on and once hung out the plan was to try out the new cycling shoes but that has been scuppered as they need cleat spacers.
Ordered a new vacuum sealer on Amazon yesterday with free delivery for Tuesday; its coming today.

Had a little walk down to the Heriot Watt campus then back up to Currie from where I caught the bus home. The bus was absolutely packed, presumably full of folk heading for the Fringe.

Back at home with a mug of coffee and a glass of squash with plenty of ice in it. Didn't bother with the post lunch break races as there were only three of them and not much to hold my interest.

I think a nice slow bike ride may be had just to get the legs moving again after a couple of days spent mostly behind the steering wheel or in a folding chair trackside.

Amazon true to form issued a delivery period of 3-6 only for a couple of hours later to change it to 4.30-7.30.
4 mile trek to and from town, staying in the shade as much as possible, for Tesco Express clubcard offer on coffee and a couple of bananas from M&S.

It's been a glorious day weather wise

Plants & hanging baskets have been watered. Petunias dead-headed and some sunflowers that are past their best have been uprooted & are drying for the seeds. The birdies will love 'em!

New bird feeder relegated to the shed as they plainly do not like it.
Amazon turned up at 7 whilst I chopping the buddleia. Nearly managed it without coughing and quickly tended to the tickle with some ice cream.
