Good morning from a grey and overcast Suffolk where it's damp underfoot after a little bit of light rain overnight and it looks as though there's a little bit of misty drizzle falling at the moment.

Coffee has been had from a fresh pack of something that isn't my usual stuff - I really must check the other two Lidl stores close by to see if they have any. It's recycling bin day, but I didn't bother putting mine out as it's only about 1/3rd full.

Today is the day my gutters get cleaned.

And now it's the green/garden waste bans that are being emptied. I don't have one of those.

Frustrating day here. Club ride (tandem) but once we’d unloaded the bike from the roof and set it up, the Di2 had a hissy fit and wouldn’t talk to me or the mechs. Had to wave the others off and go home in a sulk. Back to the lbc tomorrow

Metallic clanging of scaffolding poles, rattling of power drills, and clunking of planks nearby. Something needs mending. Oh, and now a bin lorry to complement the urban soundtrack.

Delivered so just got time to put a Harry Quinn frame in the loft out of the way

Bird feeders have been emptied, washed & sterilised before refilling and hanging back out.
Nesting boxes that were taken down when the old fence was scrapped have been cleaned out and screwed to the new fence.
I'll probably be planting out some pansies & viola soon 🌸

I'm planning on coffee first and then after. Last of the Larozza now and first of the new, freshly ground Mocha Java.

Two Apaches have been doing circuits over the neighbourhood this afternoon, and now a Chinook has just thumped over the house.

Other than that, a very peaceful afternoon !

Off to the cinema later with our granddaughter so hopefully there will be a good action packed film to watch 😀

Well the action movie was the Latest Smurfs film whoever came up with the story line must have been smoking something 😁
