Yer lucky. Wednesday here becomes Thursday when there's a Bank Holiday, but normally becomes a Friday possibly a saturday if they can be bothered at all.

We have got to go and do another stint in the museum this morning. We were the only mugs/ volunteers to do it. We don't mind too much but looking at the weather now I'm thinking that I could be out cycling.

Georgie and the new black cat which has moved into the area were staring at each other through the cat flap. Not sure what was going on there but when the cat walked off Georgie ran through the house to look out of the front window.

A bit rough around the edges yet as the tough ride yesterday and an afternoon spent gardening farked me up .The weights session at the end of the day on top didnt help either and today i have the oven to clean .

Good morning from a warm, bright & sunny Suffolk. Coffee has just been had and I can hear the sound of bins being emptied.
There's a large bowl of porridge waiting to be nuked for breakfast which will provide the energy for today's bike ride. In about a hour's time i will be taking advantage of the southerly breeze and heading up to Norwich by bike and then taking the train home again.

Northampton International Raceway? I haven't been to a banger or hot rod meeting for many years, even though Spedeworth's Foxhall Heath track is less then 10 miles from here.
