Morning.
There was a raspberry ripple sunrise this morning. Blue sky with a bit of cloud.
We arrived back home late afternoon/ early evening from our coach trip to the Cake District. It had been wet and windy although we did have a boat trip on a lake in some sunshine. That trip was good as a Typhoon did a pow flypast over us. I reckon that he used us for target practice.
We visited a couple of towns on our tour and I managed to find some cycle shops and bought some handlebar tape. They had some pretty bikes but they were expensive.

Whilst we were away we had 2 messages on FB about 2 bikes I had for sale. I managed to contact one but the other just flashed up on my phone and disappeared when I unlocked it. 8 tried to look on FB for any messages but could only find old ones. Arrived home and looked on my tablet and the message was there. I didn't answer it as it was a derisory offer!

It is nice to sit back and have to be rushed! Coach tours are fine in that you don't have to do the driving or make your meals but having to do things at or by a certain time can be draining.
WE went on 2 steam trains. One was an old passenger train but the other was a miniature one from Ravenglass. It was a shame that our trip included a weather storm for most of our holiday but it's just pot luck.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's warming and brightening up nicely after a bit of a cloudy start. Coffee has been had.
Just got to make a bottle of drink for today's ride, have some breakfast and then off to the local train station in about 45 minutes. Should have a nice tailwind for most of the ride and lunch/drinks will be had outside in the sunshine (hopefully) when I get to Norwich.
