Yesterday's visit from the fairies wasn't a full blown one but lasted most of the day. I should have rested in the morning but went out to lop some branches up as my friend came round to cut our hedges. As I say it wasn't a full blown one as some things made sense. I felt drunk and wobbly on my feet so I couldn't ride my bike if I wanted to. No swirly rainbow migraine patterns just I had better not try anything technical. I didn't go to the Mens Shed as I knew that conversation would make it worse. Instead I had 2 long naps in the afternoon.
I think Georgie knew I wasn't well as he jumped up on my lap for a cuddle. He rarely does this, sadly I was about to have my tea and he jumped down after I gave him a piece of chicken.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's been another grey and chilly start to the day, although being optimistic I'd say it was a lighter grey today and I can see patches of blue sky to the south west. Pity the weather's coming from the north east though!
Coffee has been had and the rest of the morning will be spent just faffing around and then doing a bit of shopping for today's food and travel snacks for Thursday's away day. The overnight bag is already sorted and just needs to be moved to by the front door ready for an earlyish start.

Back from my shingles jab. I didn't know that I'd need a booster in a couple of months. I walked back via Cold Blow Lane, where the wind approximated to cold blowing with chilly gusts. 4 rashers of bacon with my BLT brunch.
