Been catching up on a bit of shopping today when I noticed my shoe lace had undone.
In the middle of the high street I bent over to tie it up only to hear a large rip from behind.
Yep, great, fantastic!!
My jeans decided to split open exposing my boxers to all..
The worst part of it was that they just didn't split at the seams but the material frayed apart exposing what I could imagine was not a pretty sight .

Just sold the boardman hardtail for £75 , total outlay on my part was about £25 so not bad profit for a bike left out for scrap , kids want to go pumpkin patch later and then to a cafe so i guess the money is spent .....

Co-op trek this am to use up a 40p voucher on Aldi price chicken breasts.
Afternoon spent trying to assemble laser cut storage boxes. Two done without a problem but the other two Think some sandpaper is needed.

Please accept my apologies for upsetting you. It was intended as a light-hearted comment, and I often forget that my fondness for wordplay is not funny to others.

No . I wasn't angry with you it was the fact that my typed word changed. That is what got me angry. I can take most digs. It's all done as a bit of banter.

My longer test ride on my Synapse ended in a bit of a disaster. I I was carrying my bike from the back of my brother's house I tripped over a garden hose reel and fell forward still holding the bike. The trouble was that we fell on a very large upturned flower pot. I picked up my bike to find a dent and scratches in the frame. If the hose reel and flower pot were mine I would have taken a sledge hammer to them. They would not exist!
I have had to fill the dent and paint it. It is almost done, it just needs a bit of a flat and lacquering. I'm still cross though.
