Short snooze followed by an hour or so in the garden including giving the grass a trim..

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Looks like a move is on the cards as we have had enough of the treatment we have had over the last few months with rotten food thrown over the back garden, multiple new bins ordered by someone to neighbour in our name and now we are getting porcelain dolls being sent to neighbour but addressed to names that are close to my family members names .
Everyone is stressed and mini ck 1 is not doing very well as her anxiety issues have come back and she doesnt feel safe, im not sleeping properly either so im running on coffee and headaches .

It's been a lovely sunny and mild day here chez Casa Reynard, albeit fairly breezy.

Slept well. Had a kitchen morning today, doing all the prep for tonight's dinner. Cooked some lentils, chopped up and fried a large pan of mushrooms, made a crispy crumb topping and cleaned and steamed a load of broccoli and cauliflower. All I need to do is make some sauce and assemble stuff later.

Lovely luncheon of a sausage sandwich, an apple and a :cuppa:

Afternoon was spent lumberjilling in the garden. Cleared up some more storm damage, and cut up and hauled in a case of firewood. Was lovely out, and I can really start to see the difference on the clear up.

Now sat with a :cuppa: and am listening to Slavia Prague v Arsenal.

oh that would be interesting. we've never had that, just siblings

I've had mother and daughter also mother and son but with one difference in that the daughter and son were born with me there. The rest of the litter both times went to friends but I kept one from each.

I've never had cats that were related. I will be going to see them on Saturday afternoon. I'm going with an open mind, and we shall see how things pan out. There will be a compromise here, as I wouldn't want to split them. Which means that should I take them, I will have to give up the idea of getting a pedigree cat, as I only ever have two cats at any one time. That's because my cottage is too small to realistically take on more than that.

Off sick for the week with a lurgy that required antibiotics and rest. I am taking full advantage of this, so don't feel sorry for me.

Went for a short walk today, which is a big improvement from yesterday; the only way is up.

Mend quickly xxx :hugs:

Er? Is Windermere in Yorkshire?

That Facebook site does tend to expand beyond its title but the NW corner of NY isn't that far away with the M6 around midway

Post WAH Yodel arrived with the early Black Friday coffee machine. Water tank is at tte rear rather than the side so a shuffle of kitchen appliances seems likely.

Our normal complement has been 6 for the past 20 years, we're down to 3 at the moment but as 2 of them are quite young we had a meeting and the management decided not to have any more cos we are 'knocking on' a bit now........................of course if one comes wandering in and decides to stay.

First encounter with the new way of claiming Nectar points in Sainsbury's, you have to swipe your card. Oranges @£1.10 were 3p cheaper than the app offer. On the way there meant to fill up the car at a Texaco that is as cheap as the supermarkets but drive straight pass:banghead:
