Sounds just like the weather here and l am in SW France , a mere 900 miles south of you . Just changing the subject a tad, can anyone shed a bit of light with regard to this banner. l think l found it tangled up in the undergrowth on the roadside ages ago. It may have been TDF route or just a local race ?

Good morning from a third floor hotel room in now sunny Brighton. Today's view is of the same office block I seem to get every time I use this place.

Coffee has been had but no breakfast - I'm having a main meal in Nottingham when I get there this afternoon so I'll either grab a sandwich on the way to the station or a small breakfast from the 'Spoons just up the road.

As it's a lovely morning and my train doesn't leave until midday, I will be having a stroll along the prom first. The plan is to head east as that's where my normal venue is and I've only ever seen that area in the dark!
