Sounds just like the weather here and l am in SW France , a mere 900 miles south of you . Just changing the subject a tad, can anyone shed a bit of light with regard to this banner. l think l found it tangled up in the undergrowth on the roadside ages ago. It may have been TDF route or just a local race ?

Good morning from a third floor hotel room in now sunny Brighton. Today's view is of the same office block I seem to get every time I use this place.

Coffee has been had but no breakfast - I'm having a main meal in Nottingham when I get there this afternoon so I'll either grab a sandwich on the way to the station or a small breakfast from the 'Spoons just up the road.

As it's a lovely morning and my train doesn't leave until midday, I will be having a stroll along the prom first. The plan is to head east as that's where my normal venue is and I've only ever seen that area in the dark!

Anti coagulation clinic car park is a nightmare lots of large people who can't park there rented ev's to save a block of cheese

I get up before Wifey. if I don't make my lunch before she comes down, I have to wait for her routine of making her own lunch & breakfast, before I can make my lunch. today is garbage day so that occupied my time

Two cuppas have been and gone
Black general waste bin has been emptied just needs returning to its normal resting place.
Finally got a response from solar panel company and they are sending an engineer out next Tuesday

Now heading northbound. A most relaxing morning with a slow mile and a half stroll each way up the seafront past the pier and along Madeira Drive in perfect conditions. Jealous of all the cyclists cruising along but the joggers could do with a slap and showing there's much more pleasant ways of making progress
