Good morning from Suffolk where the normal service of overcast dullness has returned. At least the rain's not got here yet.

Coffee has been had after a very good night's sleep and all I've done so far today is to catch up with the news and delete a load of emails. Later on the overnight bag will need to be sorted for its final outing of the year.

Question - there's one custard cream biscuit left in the pack. Do I have it with my coffee and open a fresh pack of something else tomorrow morning before the away day, or do I save it for tomorrow and open the fresh pack on Sunday?

just talked to my Brother. he was able to go to Mom's house & do the seasonal interior water shutoffs & exterior faucet / valve draining. I'll put the hoses away tomorrow night when I go down. the cold caught me off guard, thought we'd have more time. I should just always do it before Thanksgiving (end of November) just to be safe

an age old conundrum ... why put off what you can do today? why do today, what you can put off until tomorrow?
