Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Lesson to self today: someone who says they've done something, and states they absolutely have, may not have actually done it because they didn't understand or think through the task.

Nearly got ourselves into a bit of family legal bother, but it's now done.

On another note I spent my morning climbing around in collapsing attics in the hunt for paperwork and items in preparation for a legal meeting tomorrow whilst said person above went off and did the task they were supposed to do.

Today, I've delivered 6 Christmas cards to assorted neighbours & 1 condolences card to our next door neighbours son whose mother passed away last Saturday.

I once bought 12 bottles of super glue, when I intended to only buy 2. I'm working my way thru them, but I'd rather extra wine 👍

That's nothing...................The parts guy at Bond St Saab ordered a rear bumper for a 93 when the bodyshop manager said order 2 then we will have 1 in stock" so the parts guy duly changed the order or so he thought. A week later 21 rear bumpers duly arrived, he never lived it down.

Evening.
The weather peeps got today's forecast totally wrong. Sunshine , warm and dry turned out to be grey cold and damp! My friend brought his car round for me to repair his front bumper. At 10 o'clock clock I started work on it, I could see some blue sky to the west and assumed that it would gradually work it's way towards me. The air was damp but I could get on with wet flatting it.at 11 o' clock and looked at the blue sky. It hadn't moved an inch. By 12 o ' clock the sun burst through briefly, still no blue sky. By 3 o' clock I was spraying some lacquer on and it had started to bloom, luckily it cleared. At 3. 30 the sun came out but there was still a cold wind. By 4 I had finished polishing the paintwork and the sun was starting to go down. We now have a clear sky and it is getting cold again.
Last night my friend had said that he would bring his car round as it was going to be sunny!
