Can peeps ride their bikes no handed? I used to be able to do it when I was young on my old bike but find modern bikes to be too "Ooh err!" Even just taking your hands off the bars momentarily is like dicing with death! I have found that my Synapse gone more stable and can take my hands off for a second.
Easy enough, even on some slight uphill inclines. Does make braking kinda awkward.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's yet another not quite sunny start to the day. Coffee has been had.

I've been fairly good food & drink wise for the past couple of weeks but this week will be completely different - starting today when I'm on the bike up to Stowmarket for lunch & drinks out, then train home.

I've got some bikes that are more stable than others, for example my flat bar Pickenflick can be ridden for long distances no handed, while others definitely need a hand hovering over the bars just in case.

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Shopping for this week done. It was slightly chaotic, so I'm glad I'll avoid it for a few days. Normally it's a home delivery but there were a few things I wanted to get in person.
