Ruby needs to learn to have her claws clipped, because it is mandatory for showing. I don't think she's ever had them done before. I stopped at the fronts. Will tackle the back ones another time as I don't want to push too far. She got plenty of treats when I was done too, to emphasise that it's not something to be afraid of.

Boo is currently indoors only, but I will introduce her to the garden in the spring.

Ruby & Boo are one and the same? sorry just trying to keep up w/ the nicknames

Ours are
Smokey- Mo, Mo-Mo (British Blue shorthair)
Winter- Wints, Annie Fan-tail (Long haired black and white)
Rainbow- Poink (multi-colour and white shorthair)

Rainbow is the latest cat to wander in and decide to stay, given the name by our Romanion neighbours where she lived briefly she earned the nickname by being a small but excited little head that pops up all wide eyed.

Latest in a line of Cats that have decided 'We live here' although there is a Cat-Flap so they come and go as they like I strongly suspect that she lived 2 doors away until they got a dog when their 2 cats were 're-homed' before the people were evicted and 'Rainbow' made her way back to her old area and lived by 'Cat-Flap raiding' for a few months before settling on us. She was a scrawny wee thing a couple of years back, looked like a kitten and very nervous but I think she was older (about 2 I'd say) making her around 4 now and has 'filled out' nicely'
Bit like Thomas did with you.

Morning.
It is dark out but dry. I have been out to put our bins out.
I discovered what was wrong with my car at 11 o'clock clock last night when the alarm went off. It wouldn't stay off despite using my car key. I think the battery has had it! Just over 9 years so I suppose it isn't bad. It did the same thing the day I bought the car second hand. That time it was due to a faulty bonnet lock. That time we called the breakdown peeps out and I sort of slept in the car untill they arrived. I didn't sleep much that night despite the chap fixing it.
