Couple of foxes fighting out front of house at 6am this morning.

Cat fight outside at quarter to two this morning, followed by round two a little over an hour later.

These weren't your four legged cats having the fight.

A wet and miserable day that eventually turned into a nice night.

I made a big pot of vegetable soup after work. Will keep me going a few days.

I went for a ride but they've been hacking the hedges here too and my rear tyre succumb to a large hawthorn. It was pitch dark on an unlit road and I was only about two miles from home, so I just walked home.

The tyre was well worn anyway and I had it's replacement waiting anyway. Now got a nice shiny new Continental Tour Ride and new tube fitted. Hopefully should be puncture free for a while.

They were at least five of them fighting on the street this morning.

Round one around quarter to two, round two an hour later.

Just having a look about trying to find the bladder for my camelbak lomo rucksack and Ive found a decent Polaris winter top Id forgotten about. I found the bladder at the back of my cycling clothing cupboard, after checking kitchen cupboards, the garage and under the bed.

I'll take 2 wins.

Ended up having a bowl of ramen to stave off the snaccidents. Some plain noodles, a bit of veg stock jazzed up with chinese 5 spice, a little curry powder, some chilli oil and a dollop pf mayo.

Madam Boo just sneezed.

I am now in need of tea.

Time to bank the fire for the night and hobble off upstairs to bed.

Morning.
It looks a bit damp out but I can't tell as it is still dark.
I found the reason why Georgie our cat hadn't come in last night. With all the decorating going on I had forgotten that I had tried to clean the cat flap whilst I was outside. I had gone out to wash bird poo off a window and stopped to wash the flap. Georgie like to view the world outside before going out. I had locked the flap to clean it but had forgotten to unlock it. Georgie has been trying to tell me to follow him so I eventually did, he went to his flap and looked at it and then it twigged!

What does a Green Flag man look like? I don't think I have ever seen one or their vans. Are they like Superman and suddenly get changed in Porta Loos? Can't use phone boxes as they've disappeared!
