A grey, dank and miserable day here chez Casa Reynard, with cold drizzle doing the hokey cokey.
Did not sleep well again thanks to muscle spasms. I *am* now regaining feeling where I impaled myself, but it hurts, and I'm walking wonky again, with the predictable consequences. Spent the morning hobbling my way through the chores. Didn't bother putting the bins out.
Lovely luncheon of two slices of toast, one with brie & cranberry, the other with kipper pate, then an apple, a banana and a
Did do a bit of firewood this afternoon, cutting up some lengths of wood I had stashed in the garage. I'm too sore to go lumberjilling, and in any case, anything that's outside is just sopping wet anyway.
Lovely supper of "everything" soup, a turkey sandwich and some bread & butter pudding.
Had a quiet evening catching up with the action from Milan - Cortina.

Get some physio and ask for exercises to correct things.

I'd already begun to think it might be a good idea. The weather and perimenopausal issues are adding to the general mess.
Shame the weather is too shitty out here to want to get out on the bike. I find cycling helps, because keeping my core strength up takes away the stress from my back.
