Good morning from Suffolk where the sunshine has returned almost filling the house battery from the solar panels already. Coffee has been had.

This morning will be mostly spent on domestics - bedding change & wash, vacuuming, kitchen floor, etc. Hopefully that should leave some free time for a bit of outside fresh air in the afternoon. May look to plan a day out on Thursday as I'm already booked for old person transport duties on Wednesday.

I am about to counterbalance my ridiculously healthy supper by shoving a whole chocolate muffin down the hatch.
