Pleasant site for the van.
A circuit of Rye, Lydd and back to Rye.
Got treated to lunch at Brew at 32 in Lydd. Nice little stop. Ask nicely and you might able to hide your bikes around the back.
The track is pleasant but the first few kms from Rye are rough and strewn with gates. Dogs and feckless headphone wearing pedestrians complete the hazard ensemble

Showered and drinking coffee. Large brunch planned for later. Also short walk on the treadmill as my arthritic hips are playing up again. I can stop if I want to and not worry about getting back.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's been sunshine all morning so far - the solar panels have already filled the battery and earned me 15p from the exported excess so far.
Coffee and a lie in have been had. Another day of nothing needing to be done, so I expect there will be the usual couple of hours out and about enjoying the sunshine.
