We have just been watching Garden Rescue. I would have thought that they would have cut the hedges back before they planted things. Also they don't seem to make their gardens very children friendly.

It's a good job I took the car to Diss rather than the train otherwise I'd still be outside the pub facing the mere downing cold pints of beer.

Possibly the warmest conditions I've done a longish ride in and probably shouldn't have. Needed three shade breaks in the last 10 miles (of 45) and got through 1.5 litres of drink. A cool shower has been had and I'm about to do bacon rolls for tea.

I do like training. It always feels rather civilised.

Will be going back to my dads on Friday. My brothers will be with him tomorrow and Thursday.

Just catching up with the air conditioning posts and although mine's not been serviced or re-charged for a few years, it was lovely and cool on the drive to and from Diss today. I may look to get it done next year if the car passes the MOT and I keep it.

We have recently had a hail storm. The forecast was for 1 to 1.5mm of rain . We had 19mm!

Our Venga air con has been recharged.

The hail storm switched direction from West to East. The road was flooded and we had a stream running down outside on the drive.
