Morning.
It is grey here and cool although I have had a hot flush. They seem to be more frequent these days and tomorrow the hormones will get topped up. If my PSA has gone down they will think about alternating how often I have the hormones.

I sold my Airfix kit on the bay last night. They have messed the bay up so much that I don't think I will do it again.

Good morning from Suffolk after a very poor night's sleep - I think it's the idea of actually spending money that's playing on my mind

Coffee has been had and I've booked the rain ticket to Leeds for Tuesday, my reasoning being that £55 spent now could save me wasting nearly £2500. There's nothing that needs doing today other than to pop out and get some food for the day which will be done as part of a longer bike ride later on.

Thanks to Octopus, I have an hour's worth of free electricity between 11am and midday, the plan being to empty the battery to the grid before hand to get a little bit of export credit and then fill it up on the free stuff, only to send it back to the grid again at peak export rates later.

My wife and I found ourselves agreeing with what was written in a newspost about Keeley Hodgkinson's race. It said that she had been cheated by the fact that the runner who beat her had tripped in one of the heats but had been included in the final due to the fact that she was leading at the time. I think that the person who tripped should have been put into another heat to qualify.

This morning I've decided to go on a solo ride to test a new cafe, sorry 'tea room', near Snaith in Yorkshire. It's part of a stately home and a bit posh, with the tea room being a new addition.I feel a bit under-dressed, although I'm at least in black with green De Marchi kit rather than any garish nouveau riche stuff like Rapha.

Definitely not the place for a club run.
