found some mechanics gloves in with my auto's spare tire & added some reflective tape to the palm side finger tips. the back side already had such bits, plus the writing
this tape is easily 15 years old

One of our neighbours was telling us earlier in the week that he needed to have his roof's underfelt and batons replaced and some scaffolding would be going up in preparation for the job.
Scaffolding started going up about 5pm last night and a gang of 5 workmen were on his roof before 8.45 am this morning, by 1.45 today they had removed all the tiles, batons and underfelt and replaced the batons and underfelt and refitted the tiles and his house was water tight again.
Scaffolding coming down later today so all in all they have worked hard

We went to see the Doctor this morning. My wife was concerned about how I have been since my crash. The Doc said that I could have a brain scan if I was concerned but it seems m9re like my hormone injections are giving me fatigue on top of my chronic fatigue.
Today I was feeling well enough to join our cycling group at a cafe and so had a lift. That meeting was enough too send me back to the fairies.

It's looking like a lovely day for a run fest. (Over 400 so far.)

Bread maker on pre WFH. Last but one bag of 300g bread flour used out of the freezer.
Lunchtime hence saw an Ocado order placed making use of their lastest 25% off voucher. During that another secret Evri delivery took place.
Post WFH a Co-op trek to use the weeks chicken and milk vouchers, a TV guide and found reduced chocolate cake bars dated Oct 1 and a Lemon drizzle cake dated Oct 9!
