About 15 years ago, my nephew and I were chewing the cud over a few beers and some electro/ambient music. I played The Orb's Oxbow Lakes, and he told me it was his favourite track and when he died he'd like it to be played at his funeral. By a strange twist of fate, he died suddenly about two months later. He was interred, so the track was played during the church service. I've still got that very same cd, but I can't bring myself to play that track since.

Not sure what I'd want playing at my funeral but I'd want something more upbeat... Fat-Bottomed Girls would be a good one, and bury me with my bike!

Paradise City - Guns + Roses

And it's been said already, but it's a good choice and I want it as well so here it is- Highway To Hell

What about some Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast - I wish I could be there to see peoples faces when that's playing, almost worth faking your own death for.

Maybe your church will have this outside.
