I didn't notice that first time around. It does look to be closed, yes.

Nothing unusual in some areas of Leicester, happened to me about 12yrs ago. I went home with a new (to me) Baseball Bat.

One of them is an "angry young man" who carries a weapon in his car with the full intention if using it.

See the young lad quickly climb down from his threats when he realised he was on film. Hopefully the police will be having a word. I've had this happen to me a couple of times and whilst not hit, you have to take avoiding action because some idiot couldn't wait 5 seconds for you to pass the junction.
